HealthCalc has the top 5 health calculators in one program. It will calculate your healthy goal weight, your daily calorie and fat limits, calories burned when exercising, optimum heart rate to maintain while exercising and your Body Mass Index to use as a health indicator.

Go through each calculator and enter your information. As you lose weight, you can update your current info to see your progress. All of your information is saved each time you exit the program.

Ideal Weight Calculator:
This calculator gives you your ideal weight range based on sex, build and height. This calculation uses insurance tables that show the weight range of people with the lowest mortality rate. Use this information to pick your healthy goal weight.

Calorie / Fat Calculator:
As you lose weight, your calorie and fat requirements will change. This calculator tells you how many calories and fat grams you should limit yourself to maintain or reach your goal weight. Based on your current weight, goal weight and sex, this calculation will give the daily calorie and fat intake limit for you so you can lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Exercise Calculator:
This calculator tells you how many calories an average person burns for a particular activity based on how many minutes exercised. It features an exercise picker with 46 of the most popular exercise activities.

Heart Rate Calculator:

BMI Calculator:
